Regional Sales Manager (United Arab Emirates)

Vanderbilt is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team in the United Arab Emirates. Your assignment will be to drive sales of Vanderbilt security systems across the assigned region by managing existing sales channels, promoting Vanderbilt’s brand and products with end users and engineering companies to boost demand and raise brand awareness/visibility. You will also establish and manage technical and commercial presentations to end customers, distributors and system integrators. Initial countries on business objective are all Arabic countries, Egypt, Southern part of Africa. You will be reporting the Regional Manager RoW.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and develop the sales of the entire product range
  • Achieve sales targets within the region
  • Extend the customer base
  • Set and develop sales strategies
  • Ensure that the existing customer needs and expectations are met and preferably exceeded
  • Keeping up to date on competitors in the market
  • Proactive reporting sales activity plans and action plans to the management
  • Seeing and understanding the customer, partner and employee perspective
  • Good experience and understanding of B2B sales and what drives business

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Direct market experience within the Security Industry or other similar

Proven experience in B2B sales within the Security industry

Solid experience selling complex security solutions containing both services and technology/IT

Experienced in managing the entire sales cycle – from prospect to customer

The successful candidate will be result-oriented, energetic, curious and can understand complex business. They will have good project management skills, communication skills and networking skills as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Must speak fluent Arabic and English. Please note this position includes extensive travelling within the region.
